Flywhell technology is great for quick short energy bursts, but little else. Great for battery backup systems, as in IT emergency systems, and upcoming Porsche supercar, for quick instant accerleration, and little else.
Compressed air chambers underground? Is the in conjunction with a large underground balloon?
